Alex Aptekman serves as Chief Transformation Officer at Invo Healthcare, an Ares Management backed healthcare staffing platform.

He focuses on special situations and turnarounds at private-equity backed healthcare businesses, where he leverages his investing and operations background.

Alex served as COO at 360 Behavioral Health, a provider of behavioral, mental health, and respite services. Prior to this role, Alex held interim CEO and CFO roles at Canadian Addiction Treatment Centres, the largest network of addiction treatment clinics in Canada. He has led DeNovos, M&A, IT implementations, virtual therapy, divestitures, recruiting, go-to-market and various other transformation initiatives across departments.

Alex began his career in finance working in global investment banking at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Union Square Advisors, working on M&A and capital raising mandates across sectors, before moving into healthcare private equity at DW Healthcare Partners.

Alex holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from the Wharton School and a BBA, Summa Cum Laude, in Finance from the Schulich School of Business.
